Misbah of MIZ LOGIX has provided really beneficial guidance and leadership over the past year to help us stand up Anaplan and then improve functionality. He started partnering with us just as we went live, but it was immediately clear that we were not fully prepared and tested.  He jumped in immediately and required almost no ramp up before he was making positive improvements and catching bugs.  As more employees were using and playing with the system there were a number of issues that surfaced and he was always willing to work to understand the issue and then quickly resolve it. Due to the initial bumpy start, user adoption lagged expectations and many people were resistant to the change over.  He was always willing to answer questions and help people understand the easiest path to convert from old to new.  Over a few months he really helped to drive adoption and start building confidence in the new solution. Once he had helped stabilize the system, Misbah also proved to be really proactive in looking for ways to save space.  At one point we were considering purchasing incremental space, but through his efforts we now have way more space than we need. Overall, I have been incredibly satisfied with the service provided by Misbah and MIZ LOGIX and do not believe we would have been as successful in moving to Anaplan without his assistance.

Misbah of MIZ LOGIX has been instrumental in helping build adoption of Anaplan through improving functionality, increasing accuracy of data, and working with users to convert existing reporting over to Anaplan and always being available for questions.  Misbah was originally brought on board to do model optimization to help us reduce the size of our models as we were running near our allotted space and would need to purchase additional space.  He came in and made an impact almost immediately as he learned our business and was able to reduce the size of our models significantly and has set us up for future growth without needing to acquire any incremental space.  While working through the model optimization Misbah was able to catch logic errors and work with different finance business partners to work through solutions and ultimately get them implemented in a very timely manner.   Over his tenure with us, he has improved the accuracy of the data by fixing bugs that users have found from the previous consultants and has made system enhancements to allow the teams to better understand drivers.  Misbah is a pleasure to work with while being extremely knowledgeable in the Anaplan space and has exceeded our expectations greatly
